Collect From the Studio
If you would rather pick the flowers up yourself, you can. Call us on +1 (626) 888-8449, tell us what you want and when you are coming, and we will have it ready and wrapped at the counter.
- Collection hours: daily, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, at all three studios.
- How long it takes: about an hour for anything from our ready-made selection, and the same day for a made-to-order bouquet if you call before 3:00 PM.
- How to arrange it: by phone at the moment. Tell us which studio, and we will confirm the time before you set off.
- What you pay: nothing extra. Collection has no delivery charge.

Same-Day Delivery
- Order by 3:00 PM Pacific for delivery the same day, across Los Angeles and up to about 35 miles from our studios.
- Deliveries run 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Studios are open daily, 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Express takes 2 to 3 hours from order to door. Ready Now takes about an hour, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, from a limited selection made up that morning.
- SMS at every step — confirmed, out for delivery, and delivered with a photo.
What Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is worked out at checkout once you enter the address, and you see it before you pay. It depends on how far the address is from the studio making your flowers.
Two charges are worth knowing about before you order:
- Delivery in a specific time window — $30, depending on the area. Call or message us to arrange it rather than booking it online.
- Incorrect address — $15, because a wrong address means a second delivery attempt. Please check the recipient's address before you order.

Hospitals, Hotels, Offices and Studio Lots
These four need more than a street number, and a delivery without the right detail comes back to us.
- Hospital — the patient's full name as admitted and the room number. Ask us first if the recipient is in intensive care: most hospitals restrict flowers in critical-care units.
- Hotel — the guest's full name exactly as it appears on the reservation, and the check-in date. A front desk will not accept flowers for a name it cannot find on the register.
- Office — the company, the floor or suite, and a mobile number. Many buildings share one staffed lobby between several tenants.
- Studio lot — the gate, the building, stage or production, and a mobile number. A large lot without a building name sends a driver in circles.

How quickly can I collect an order?
About an hour for anything from our ready-made selection. For a made-to-order bouquet, call before 3:00 PM and it will be ready the same day.
