Refund policy

At Flowerbar Florist, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final once the order has been delivered.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. Flowers are living products and their condition may change rapidly based on handling, environment, and time. Once your flowers have been delivered or picked up, we cannot guarantee proper storage or treatment, and therefore cannot accept returns.

Eligible Refunds

A refund or replacement may be issued only in the following cases:

  • The order is completely incorrect (e.g. wrong type of arrangement, size, or major substitution that was not communicated).

  • The product is damaged upon arrival due to delivery mishandling.

Please note:

  • Minor substitutions of flowers, packaging, or vases may occur due to seasonal availability and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Color tone variations, artistic styling, or subjective preferences (e.g. not liking the design) do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Orders may be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of placing the order by speaking directly with one of our managers.

  • All cancellations are subject to a $30 service charge.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be confirmed verbally or in writing to be valid.

  • After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued, as the flowers may have already been reserved or prepared.

We are happy to offer store credit or reschedule delivery if your order has not yet been processed.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order is marked as delivered:

  • Flowerbar Florist is not responsible for the flowersโ€™ condition thereafter.

  • For pickup orders, please inspect your bouquet before leaving the store. We are not liable for any issues once the order leaves our premises.

  • It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address, recipient name, and contact information.

    Incorrect or incomplete information will result in a $30 redelivery fee.

Substitutions

We may make necessary substitutions due to seasonal or supplier limitations. When substitutions are made, we ensure:

  • Equal or greater value

  • Similar style and color palette

  • High-quality fresh flowers
