What to Tell Us When You Order
Most failed deliveries fail for the same handful of reasons. Any of these on the order saves a phone call later:
- Hospital — the patient's full name as admitted and the room number. Ask us first if they are in intensive care: most hospitals restrict flowers there.
- Hotel — the guest's name exactly as it appears on the reservation, and the check-in date.
- Office or tower — the company, the floor or suite, and a mobile number. Many buildings share one lobby between several tenants.
- Studio lot — the gate, plus the building, stage or production.
- Gated house or a canyon road — a gate code, or a mobile number for someone at the house.
- Nobody home during the day — say so, and we will time it rather than leave flowers on a step.
Collection
You can collect from any of the three studios between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM instead of having flowers delivered. Call us, say what you want and when you are coming, and it will be ready at the counter. There is no charge for collection.
Something Went Wrong?
If the flowers were not fresh or the delivery did not go as it should, take a photo and email admin@flowerbarflorist.com, or call +1 (626) 888-8449. We replace or refund — see our refund policy. Tell us straight away rather than later: a flower problem is easiest to fix on the same day.
