Simply write your note in any language — we will print it exactly as provided. If you’d like to include the sender’s name, please make sure to mention it in the message. Your note will be placed in a sealed envelope together with flower-care instructions and flower food.
Please note: add-on items (such as balloons, vases, cards, etc.) are available only with a flower order and cannot be delivered on their own.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery for all orders placed before 6 PM. If you place your order by this time, our team will ensure your bouquet is hand-prepared and delivered the very same day. Orders placed after 6 PM will be delivered the following day. This allows us to guarantee the freshness and timely arrival of your flowers.
Can I specify a time for delivery?
While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, you may include your preferred delivery time in the card message or order notes section at checkout. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request based on the day’s delivery schedule. Same-day delivery is available in Glendale and throughout Los Angeles for orders placed before 6 PM.
What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not available, our courier will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe and shaded location. If that’s not possible, we will contact the recipient or sender to arrange a redelivery. In most cases, we can reattempt delivery the next day upon mutual agreement. Your flowers will remain safely stored to preserve freshness.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, we offer express flower delivery in Glendale and across Los Angeles. When timing matters, you can choose our express option to have your bouquet delivered within 2 hours after payment. You may specify your preferred delivery time during checkout or contact our team directly to coordinate the delivery. Availability may vary depending on location and order volume.
Can I request specific flowers or colors for my arrangement?
At this time, we do not accept custom flower or color requests. All of our arrangements are designed using the freshest seasonal blooms available, allowing our florists to create beautiful and balanced bouquets with the highest quality flowers on hand.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. This link will allow you to follow your delivery status in real time and stay updated until the flowers reach the recipient.
