Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery for all orders placed before 3PM (PDT). If you place your order by this time, our team will ensure your bouquet is hand-prepared and delivered the very same day. Orders placed after 3PM will be delivered the following day. This allows us to guarantee the freshness and timely arrival of your flowers.
Can I specify a time for delivery?
While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, you may include your preferred delivery time in the card message or order notes section at checkout. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request based on the day’s delivery schedule. Same-day delivery is available in Glendale and throughout Los Angeles for orders placed before 3PM.
What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not available, our courier will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe and shaded location. If that’s not possible, we will contact the recipient or sender to arrange a redelivery. In most cases, we can reattempt delivery the next day upon mutual agreement. Your flowers will remain safely stored to preserve freshness.

Yes, we offer express flower delivery in Glendale and across Los Angeles. When timing matters, you can choose our express option to have your bouquet delivered within 2 hours after payment. You may specify your preferred delivery time during checkout or contact our team directly to coordinate the delivery. Availability may vary depending on location and order volume.
Can I request specific flowers or colors for my arrangement?
At this time, we do not accept custom flower or color requests. All of our arrangements are designed using the freshest seasonal blooms available, allowing our florists to create beautiful and balanced bouquets with the highest quality flowers on hand.
